Contact form

When you send us a message we collect your name, phone, email and message so we can respond to your enquiry. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. We never sell your data. Ask us to delete it anytime at the email above — we action deletion requests promptly.

We record your consent with a version and timestamp (this is your proof of consent under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

Where your data is stored

Our website and data run on our own server hosted in Germany (Hetzner). Transactional emails (for example password-less sign-in links) are sent through Resend (United States). When you sign in with Google, Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Patient account area (coming soon)

The patient area will let you chat with the clinic, request appointments and download your prescriptions and reports. When it launches this notice will state, before you create an account: exactly what is collected and why, how long each type of record is kept, and how to withdraw consent or delete your account. Chat is for appointments, reports and general questions — not medical emergencies and not medical advice.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing info@houseofhealth.in. If you are not satisfied with our response you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
